PRK Radio in Halls Creek has produced this one-act drama about hiring practices in Aboriginal organisations.
Hurts from the Past is directed by Daniel Akinshola. It stars Anthony Johnson and Malcolm Walalgie.
New dance music program
Music promoter Pete Davies is preparing to start a new electronic dance music program, EDM Lift Off.

He says it will be broadcast in Broome on Radio Goolari, and streamed on the internet.
Mr Davies plans to run listener competitions with prizes and giveaways.
EDM Lift Off already has a facebook page and Mr Davies plans to hit the airwaves on Saturday 2 February.

Well-known Derby broadcaster John Muirhead passed away yesterday in Perth.
He worked for a number of years at Derby radio 6DBY, and produced short pieces for the ABC and others.

Shellie Morris appeared on Derby radio 6DBY yesterday before the latest gig in her national tour.
“A fantastic show, beautiful voice, singer songwriter with down to earth songs,” 6DBYs Tina Higgins said.
“Shellie is off to Fitzroy Crossing to perform on Friday 25 May at the High School Amphitheatre 6.30 pm - well worth going.”
Doctor’s cannabis complaint dismissed
Kununurra Doctor Rob Phair has complained to a New Zealand broadcasting authority about a radio program.
The authority dismissed Dr Phair’s complaint about his treatment in a student radio program promoting cannabis use.
