Mammals ‘extinct in 20 years’

A new scientific report says many northern Australian mamals are heading for extinction in the next 20 years.

Feral cats, cane toads and new bush burning practices are said to be threatening the survival of species such as the northern quoll, northern brown bandicoot and brush-tailed rabbit-rat.
