Halls Creek: Community grog bans ‘beneficial’
A health policy academic said grog bans in the Kimberley reducing health and social problems, violence and crime.
Curtin University Professor Mike Professor Daube was commenting on total alcohol bans to be introduced at Kundat Djaru (Ringer Soak), Nicholson Town Camp and Koongie Park (Lamboo Gunian) Aboriginal communities in Halls Creek shire.
