Broome: Town ‘invaded’ by binge drinkers
Halls Creek and Fitzroy Crossing’s grog restrictions have led to an invasion by binge drinkers, says Broome shire.
Shire President Graham Campbell told a parliamentary inquiry this is unfair to other people.
