Kununurra: Rockmelon growers getting in first
Rockmelon planting is well underway in the Ord Valley, ahead of the rainy Northern Territory and Queensland.
Growers are hoping this year’s local dry conditions will give them a competitive advantage as their fruit comes on the market earlier in the season.
