Broome: Unarmed guards to airlift prisoners
Unarmed guards will soon be used accompany prisoners on flights between Perth and Broome .
The company responsible for Mr Ward’s death will supply the guards in a six-month trial of what is hoped will be a more humane method of prisoner transfer.
