Broome: ‘Third world’ camps says president
Broome’s Shire President says visiting Aborigines are living in “third world” conditions.
Graham Campbell said people visiting Broome were still sleeping rough on sand dunes because they had no alternative.
The shire has called on the government to fund a proper hostel and campsite.
