Ngumpan: Arts centre fire a ‘tragic accident’
Police say the fire that killed two men and destroyed an arts centre was not deliberately lit.
The two men had been staying at the centre, with the community’s permission, when two drums of petrol caught alight.
There will be no criminal investigation.
