James Price Point: Ex-judge joins campaign
A former federal court judge is taking a stand against the proposed gas hub.
Murray Wilcox QC, who has just been awarded an Order of Australia, has written a booklet urging the Rudd Government to choose another alternative to a facility at James Price Point.
In the booklet, which he is sending to all all federal MPs, he says it would be hypocritical for the government to go against the wishes of some of the traditional owners just two years after the apology.
