Halls Creek: Minister promotes ‘indigenous leadership’ across Australia
The government is hosting 50 indigenous “leadership workshops” across Australia.
Federal indigenous affairs minister Jenny Macklin said Halls Creek’s grog restrictions were a good example of what can be achieved when indigenous residents get together and form better relationships with government.
