Kununurra: Chia sold to bakery chain
Bakers Delight will be retailing chia bread in 650 stores across Australia and New Zealand.
The Chia Company, which encouraged Ord Valley farmers to plant 1000ha of the Aztec grain, negotiated the supply agreement earlier this month.
