Timor Sea: Second attempt at plugging oil leak failed
PTTEP says the second attempt to staunch the flow of oil from its stricken rig failed today.
It is not know when the third attempt will be – meanwhile oil, gas and condensate continues to flow into the ocean betweeen Australia and Timor.
