Progress on oil-spill cleanup
There have been a number of stories published today on this topic, but this one seems the most comprehensive.
The oil slick is now said to be 15km long. Although it poses no threat to any coastline it will be a problem for marine life.
Baby turtles, for example, hatched at the beginning of the dry season and they stay close to the surface of the sea.
